Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Regen has to earn its place every month, and the reports show you whether it does.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No setup fee. Onboarding and 10DLC registration are handled for you as part of every plan.
Do we pay per user or per agent?
Neither. Every plan includes unlimited users and all nine agents. You pay per rooftop.
What counts as a text segment?
Carriers bill texts in segments. A plain-text segment holds up to 160 characters; messages with emoji or special characters hold up to 70. Longer messages use more than one segment.
What happens if we go over our allowance?
Nothing stops working. Extra usage is billed at $0.02 per text segment and $0.12 per AI voice minute, and Insight shows your usage against the allowance.
How does pricing work for dealer groups?
Groups of five or more rooftops get custom pricing with pooled text and voice allowances across stores and group-level reporting.
How do we know it is paying for itself?
Insight reports cost savings and revived gross every month, using the same math as our calculators with your real numbers in place of the assumptions.
